Not financial advice
- Docket's BUY, WAIT and IGNORE calls, the Specimen Tank's classes and every Lie Detector result are for information only. They describe what onchain data shows. They are not advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
- Crypto is risky and you can lose money. Do your own research before making any decision.
- You use capcheck and act on its results entirely at your own risk.
How verdicts work, and their limits
- Verdicts (TRUE, LIE, UNAVAILABLE) and calls are produced automatically by software and AI, not by a person.
- They are based only on the onchain and market data available to us at the time, mostly from Nansen. That data can be delayed, incomplete or mislabeled, and the AI can misread a post, so a result can be wrong or incomplete.
- A verdict is about whether a claim matches onchain data. It is not a statement about any person's honesty, character or intentions. "LIE" means the data contradicts the claim, not that anyone lied on purpose.

No guarantees
capcheck is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that results are accurate, complete or up to date, or that the site will always be available. Data providers can be slow or down, and we may change, pause or stop any feature at any time.
Fair use
- Rate limits apply: each visitor can run up to 4 checks a minute and 30 a day across the Lie Detector, Docket and Specimen Tank. Repeating a check that was just run doesn't count. There is also a daily limit on total capacity, and we may block access that looks abusive.
- Don't scrape the site, run automated or bulk queries, overload it, try to break its security, or use it to harass anyone.
- Don't submit anything illegal, or private information that isn't yours to share.
Content and sharing
You're responsible for what you submit and share. Saved results and share links can be opened by anyone who has the link. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and how to have it deleted. Posts belong to their authors, and onchain data comes from Nansen and other public sources.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, capcheck and the people behind it are not liable for any loss or damage from using the site or relying on its results. This includes trading or investment losses, lost profits and lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using capcheck after an update, you accept the new terms.
